IT Project to continue

It can’t always be good news…

The trust had some disappointing news today. We have been unsuccessful at being accepted onto the second stage of the Coastal Communities Funding (CCF) programme. We were applying to this fund to repair and extend the slipway at Meanish Pier along with installing a pontoon. The trust has been awarded stage 1 funds from the Scottish Land Fund to start the process of purchasing land for affordable housing. These funds will cover valuations on the two plots we have identified and pre-acquisition legal fees. We will be applying for stage 2 funds to complete the purchase.
