Business housing research Skye & Lochalsh

March 1, 2022 by Graham

Skye And Lochalsh – Business Housing Needs Survey

All businesses in Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh are being asked to take part in a significant research project on the impact of housing issues on employers.  The research will not only provide accurate data on the scale of the problem, it will also seek solutions that will inform future lobbying of  Government’s and other public and private sector bodies.

The survey is being undertaken jointly by Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association, SkyeConnect and The Highland Council by independent market research company 56 Degree Insight.  All responses will be treated in confidence.

The research will also involve a series of in depth interviews with some of the biggest employers in the area.

The survey will be available for completion until Monday 14th March 2022.

  • If you are a business based in Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh and have not already received an invitation to take part in the survey please sign up by completing your details in the form to the right (below on mobile). Also remember that if you have business and you’re dealing with taxes it’s really important that things don’t go wrong. If your tax report is filed incorrectly you can face serious repercussions
  • If you would like to look at or download a PDF copy of the questionnaire for reference when completing the online survey click here.
