Meanish Pier – slipway and pontoon planning application

September 1, 2016 by admin

http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=OBYF64IHHRW00

If anyone is interested in the planning application for the slipway and pontoon here is the link to the application on the Highland Councils e-planning site
there are a few versions of the drawings as the planners asked for more details…
Extending the slipway and installing a pontoon will open up so many opportunities for both business and recreational use which are impossible at the moment as the slipway can only be used at high tide.
The proposal will also repair the slipway making it safe to use as the current structure is severely damaged.
